Husky Hike 2023

Adopt A Husky presents the 22nd Annual Lois Leonard Memorial Husky Hike! Join the cause on Saturday, May 20, from 9 am to 2 pm at the Van Patten Woods Forest Preserve (Shelter A) in Wadsworth, IL. Please join our volunteers and family of adopters for a three-mile hike with your dogs, or with one of our foster dogs! (Foster walkers must be over the age of 16 and registered at the foster tent by 10 am. The purpose of this event is to raise money for abandoned, abused, or injured Siberian Huskies so they may be properly cared for and placed in good homes. Funds raised will be used to care for and find good homes for abused, abandoned, and injured Siberian Huskies, including car crash victims, puppy-mill shut downs, and pregnant mothers. Please register online so we have enough goodies for everyone! No matter what your monetary contribution is, you WILL make a difference in helping these deserving Siberian Huskies receive proper care and find a forever home.
