As the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend draws near, 97.1 FM The Drive will rewind through the years with “The Drive’s Thanksgiving Yearbook!” We’ll celebrate the two-decade Classic Rock history of The Drive, spotlighting a random year each day. Re-live the evolution of Chicago’s Classic Rock and join us in waxing nostalgic as we capture moments in time with the soundtrack that accompanied them.

Here is the weekend schedule:

Wednesday (11/24): Browse through the musical pages of 2001, as we revisit The Drive’s very first Thanksgiving – with every song played on Thanksgiving Day, 2001.

Thursday (11/25): Baste the bird with a look back at Thanksgiving Day, 2005 – complete with three separate airings of Arlo Guthrie’s “Alice’s Restaurant” at 6am, Noon, and 4pm!

Friday (11/26) : Join us for a flashback to Thanksgiving Weekend, 2011.

Saturday (11/27) to Sunday (11/28): Enjoy tryptophan-enhanced triple-shots from 2017 to round out the weekend.
